This Privacy Policy describes how Florique ("we", "our", or "us") handles your information when you use the Florique mobile application or visit our website at florique.app. By using the app or the website, you agree to the practices described here.

📷 Images You Upload

When you use Florique to enhance a photo, your image is sent to our processing service and to the OpenAI API solely to perform the background removal and enhancement you requested.

• Images are processed and immediately deleted from our servers — we do not store or retain your photos.
• We do not use your images for training, advertising, or any purpose beyond the enhancement you requested.

📱 Device Information

Florique uses a unique device identifier (generated on first launch) to manage your credit balance. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number is collected or required.

• Device ID (anonymous, generated locally)
• Device type (iOS / Android)
• General location (city and country, derived from IP address)
• Credit balance associated with your device

📊 Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and stability. This includes:

• Crash reports and error logs
• Session duration and feature usage patterns
• App version and operating system version

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

🌐 Website Analytics

Our website at florique.app uses analytics and advertising measurement tools. These apply only when you browse the website — they are separate from the app and collect nothing from it.

• Google Analytics 4 — measures page views and how visitors find the site
• Meta Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram

These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect:

• Pages viewed and time spent on the site
• Approximate location (city and country, derived from IP address)
• Browser and device type
• The website or advertisement that referred you
• Whether you tapped a link through to the App Store or Google Play

We use this information in aggregate to understand how well our advertising works. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. The data is processed by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies.

You can opt out using your browser's cookie controls, private browsing mode, a tracking blocker, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

💳 Purchases

In-app purchases (credit packs) are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. Florique never sees, handles, or stores your payment information — all billing is managed by Apple or Google directly.

👶 Children's Privacy

Florique is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
