This Privacy Policy describes how Florique ("we", "our", or "us") handles your information when you use the Florique mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
When you use Florique to enhance a photo, your image is sent to our processing service and to the OpenAI API solely to perform the background removal and enhancement you requested.
Florique uses a unique device identifier (generated on first launch) to manage your credit balance. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number is collected or required.
We collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and stability. This includes:

In-app purchases (credit packs) are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. Florique never sees, handles, or stores your payment information — all billing is managed by Apple or Google directly.

Florique is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
